Please Note:

(1) Banner Advertisments must be in GIF format, and no larger than 13k in file size. Animated GIFs are fine. You will be presented an opportunity to upload your banner after submitting this form. You may always send us your banner later by emailing sales@sfgolfer.com.

(2) All clients will be emailed cumulative statistics on a monthly basis: with total impressions served, total click thru's, and click thru ratio.

(3) First Time advertisers will receive 5000 additional impressions free.

(4) We must recieve payment in full prior to activating a campaign for a new client. Payments are made by check only at this time, and you will receive payment instructions upon submitting this form.
